Our Dallas operations are managed by Patrick Hrncir, a construction industry veteran since 1992 with experience in project management, estimation, field supervision and marketing. Prior to joining the MAPP team, Patrick was vice president of project development for James R. Thompson, Inc.'s Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston offices. He also served as vice president of marketing for MAVCO Corporation, a Dallas-based construction affiliate of the Trammell Crow Company. A 1985 graduate of Texas Tech University, Patrick is an active member of the Association of General Contractors' Dallas Chapter, the Real Estate Council, and the Stemmons Corridor Business Association.
