With offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Orlando, Dallas, and Houston,  MAPP has developed a history of work experience with the subcontractors and vendors across the Southeast and Southwest. Combining our commercial experience with the history of our principals’ working experience throughout south Louisiana and New Orleans, MAPP can provide you with the most qualified subcontractors and vendors available.

Over the last seventeen years, MAPP has performed 70% of its work utilizing the team approach. These projects have ranged in size from 500,000 to 70 million dollars.

Management Style
"Proactive Aggression" best describes our formula for successfully running projects. By consistently looking in the future to head off the many potential pitfalls that can damage a project, MAPP aggressively attacks the process of managing projects. The many systems we implement only enhance our ability to prevent ourselves from being in a reactionary mode. We pride ourselves on finding the challenge and participating in its resolution.

Sophisticated Systems
MAPP not only possesses the systems that enable us to control the construction processes required, we use them. Updated weekly, our Management Information Systems are issued to all team members at the time of their update. Information sharing and the resulting quick response are just another way MAPP separates itself from other contractors in the business. We work with "Timberline Precision Software" for our estimating, which allows us to be precise in our estimated construction cost. We use "Primavera Software" for both scheduling and project management, which allows for quick, daily analysis. Our other information systems utilize computer spreadsheets and databases allowing for up-to-the-minute accuracy.

Ability to Meet Deadlines
MAPP has successfully completed 1427 of 1429 projects on time since the company's inception in 1991.
