MAPP is dedicated to the management of all projects and all of our Subcontractors in such a way that will instill our utmost commitment to safety into every process associated with our projects. MAPP takes a proactive approach to the safety management of all projects, and coordinates the safety management plan with the designated production and quality expectations, in order to provide the Owner with a superior final product, based on a totally performance driven construction safety management model. Employees, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors will be encouraged to embrace the concept of team performance and personal accountability before being allowed to participate in the construction process. 

MAPP’s philosophy of striving for the safest possible work environment for the company’s employees and subcontractors is achieved through the implementation of “best practices”, providing first-class training, a comprehensive written Safety Policies Manual, and requiring a continuous commitment to the goals and objectives from each and every team member. 

We ensure all team members are, first and foremost, trained to safely perform their assigned task. All team members will be properly equipped to safely perform their duties, and every employee will be empowered to participate in the proactive management of their work through pre-planning activities in daily Safety meetings, prior to beginning work. The total management system focuses on the realistic achievement of zero injuries on the project.

MAPP requires from all our Subcontractors involvement at all levels to enforce and support safety on our projects, which in return promotes the goal of zero injuries or incidents. In addition, MAPP has empowered every employee on our sites with the authority to stop any unsafe activity and initiate corrective action for any unsafe condition.
